No pushing, no performance, no dramatic releases. Just soft exploration with your breath, somatic trauma-informed facilitation, and a community that holds space for your authentic self. No experience needed, just willingness to breathe and be.

You Are the Future Ancestor

Something in you already knows how to be a good ancestor. This workshop takes you forward in time to meet your descendants and receive the gifts they inherited from you. Through expressive movement and conscious connected breath, you discover who you were, what you carried, and why it mattered. Accessible to all bodies. No prior experience needed. Come ready to move, to breathe, and to be reminded.

Breathwork for ADHD

A regular space made specifically for ADHD nervous systems. No forcing focus, no expectation of stillness, no attempt to override how your brain or body naturally works. Come as you are – lie down, keep your camera off, or step away if you need to. Breathwork that meets you where you are, offering regulation, grounding, and relief without pressure.

One-to-One Sessions

90 minutes that are completely yours. Life doesn’t always fall apart neatly – grief, relationship endings, hormonal change, burnout, identity shifts. Sometimes things just become heavy, confusing, or too much to hold alone.
I work in a flexible, responsive way, drawing on talking therapy, somatic and trauma-informed practices, breathwork, and energy work. No set formula, no pressure to perform. My approach is grounded in both science and ancient wisdom. If faith or spirituality is part of your life, there’s space for that. If it isn’t, that’s equally welcome.
We begin with a free initial conversation – no pressure, no jargon. Just an honest chat about what you need and whether I’m the right person to support you.
I’m a BACP-registered counsellor, trained in humanistic integrative therapy, rebirthing breathwork, and ancestral connections work. I’m a woman of mixed heritage, and my work is grief-informed, neuroaffirmative, and inclusive of people from marginalised communities, including people of colour and neurodivergent folks. I welcome people from all journeys of life.
